Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of leadelement.design and the digital products sold by Lead Element LLC (“Lead Element,” “we,” “us”), a Maryland limited liability company. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Who sells you the product (merchant of record)

Our products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, and any applicable sales tax or VAT. Because of that, the charge on your card or bank statement will appear as Lemon Squeezy (for example, “LEMONSQUEEZY.COM” or “LMSQ*”), not “Lead Element.” Lemon Squeezy’s own terms also apply to the transaction.

Your license to use what you buy

When you buy a Lead Element digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell, share, sublicense, republish, post publicly, or otherwise redistribute the product or its contents, in whole or in part. A report, kit, or workbook is for you (and, for a business purchase, that one business) — not to be passed on to third parties.

Acceptable use

Use the site and products lawfully. Don’t attempt to bypass access controls, share member logins, scrape the members area, or copy the products for redistribution.

Products and pricing

Products are provided “as is.” Signal Watch is educational and informational only (see the Signal Watch disclaimer). We may update products, features, and prices; changes don’t affect an order already placed.

Accounts

If a product includes account access, keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lead Element isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights you can’t waive under applicable law.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. We may update them; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. Questions: hello@leadelement.design.
