This explains what Lead Element LLC collects, why, and how you can access or delete your information.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email, business name and website, and anything you include when you contact us or fill a form.
- Order information — processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We receive order details and your email; Lemon Squeezy handles your full payment details. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic site data — if analytics is enabled, standard information like pages visited and device/browser type, used in aggregate.
- Messages — anything you email us.
Why we use it
To deliver your products and account access, provide support, send what you asked for (for example, a report or the weekly brief), process your order through Lemon Squeezy, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only our service providers who help us operate: Lemon Squeezy (payments and merchant of record), our email and hosting providers, and anyone we’re legally required to share with. Nobody else.
Get Found note: for our AI-visibility service we work only from public information and never ask for, use, or store your account passwords or logins.
How to access or delete your data
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — email hello@leadelement.design and we’ll take care of it promptly. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the product and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
