Refund Policy

Subscriptions (Signal Watch and any annual plan)

• Refundable within 14 days of purchase — email hello@leadelement.design within 14 days for a full refund.
• Cancel anytime, self-serve, from your account — cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• No partial-period (pro-rated) refunds for time already elapsed.

One-time digital downloads (kits, playbooks, workbooks, diagnostics)

Because these are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, they are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. This is disclosed on every product page before you buy. If something is genuinely wrong — the wrong file, a corrupt file, or a product not as described — email hello@leadelement.design and we’ll fix it or refund it.

Done-for-you reports (the AI Visibility Snapshot and County Visibility Report)

A done-for-you report is a custom report we produce for your business. It’s refundable in full if you email hello@leadelement.design before we begin the work; once the finished report is delivered, it’s non-refundable. The AI Visibility Snapshot is delivered within about three business days; the County Visibility Report within about three to five.

How to request a refund

Email hello@leadelement.design with your order number (it’s on your Lemon Squeezy receipt). Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
